2020 Evolve Awards...

Awarded to Aoife McCormack who has the best overall Evolve Bootcamp class participation throughout the entire year!

• Overall Best Attendance of the Year, Aoife completed 10 months of perfect  attendance
• Attended 80 classes out  of 84 total classes in 10 months. (note; there were only 4 classes offered between Jan & Feb at Assembly Row)
• Aoife  started bootcamp in April 2018. I think she was coerced by fellow  bootcampers to join!
• Aoife has continuosily improved her athleticism with a smile on her face even when  completely unsure weather or not she was up for anything Boss Lady threw      at her.
• She still  continues to evolve into the best possible version of herself .

 Awarded to Lara Hauslaib who made fitness & wellness part of their everyday life in & outside Evolve Bootcamp. 

• 3rd Best  Attendance of the Year, Lara attended 123 classes out of 156 total classes in 12 months having a  perfect attendance for 3 of those months! 
• Started bootcamp in April 2019 looking for self defense, fitness, toning up and camaraderie...she jumped in feet first open for anything! Brave girl even in the face of Covid19!
• Stuck with a consistent workout regime by participating in Evolve ZOOM classes from afar. If that isn’t impressive example to fitness & wellness, I don’t know what is!

 Awarded to Hardeep Ranu for their sense of humor and ability to make others laugh in the face of adversity during Evolve Bootcamps hellish workouts!  

• Attended 123 out of 156 classes in 12 months and completed 4 months of perfect attendance!
• Hardeep began participating at Evolve Bootcamp in September 9, 2015. She sought out my program when her current bootcamp class failed to continue outdoors during the winter months. She was looking for a program that challenged her in a variety of ways all while recovering from an injury earlier that year.
• During the 5+ years Hardeep has been participating at Evolve Bootcamp she has demonstrated a no-nonsense attitude to be & do her best. She won Bootcamper of the Year Award three times and won the Super Star Award....however at the Evolve Awards she said this award was her most coveted. 
• As with all past  hell raisers they take Boss lady out of her comfort zone challenging her authority and training practices. During Covid she was the only bootcamper who did not want  to stop during live classes, challenging the Boss lady’s decision to STOP holding classes after 10 years of offering classes year round to the Greater Boston Area without disruption….Yes with her tornado, bomb blasts, blizzards and a pandemic would not stop her from being at bootcamp… come HELL or high water…she’s there!! 
• Since I’ve known her, she has progressively evolved and is known to have a hellish edge! Like suggesting a deck of cards workouts called Nuclear and Armagedon that include an all burpee workout (with woman makers, spartan squats etc)!
•  When we get a ACE or bootcamper’s choice, she is the first one to kick all our asses mine included, by adding those damn 10 roll back burpee’s! KILL ME!! ughhh!! 
• She has always had an inner drive to improve herself, She has been a loyal, consistent student with the same gung-ho attitude. We all jump on her hellish band wagon as she pushes her own and our limits to excell and evolve!

Awarded to Jennifer Joyce who has  attended the 2nd most Evolve Bootcamp classes throughout the entire year!

• 2nd Best  Attendance of the Year, Jenn completed 4 months of perfect    attendance
• Attended 106 classes out  of 123 total classes in 12 months.
• Jenn started  bootcamp in July 2012 looking for fitness, weight loss, flexibility &  fun! She moved away for a short time but recently came back to Evolve this  year.
• Jenn is a  self-motivated, natural leader, taking the lead and setting a pace for  bootcamp! She gracefully carries a competitive edge, wearing a target on  her back not only for participating bootcampers but boss lady herself to  keep up! Her friendly demeanor offers participants a safe way to explore & compete with themselves mentally & physically by choosing to go at  their own pace or challenge themselves with a little friendly competition  by pushing themselves during suicides to be the first to finish. There’s  no proving she’s about IMPROVING and fellow campers intuitively get that  about her. 
• She was the  inspiration for the Super Star Award being the very first recipient and still  continues to evolve into the best possible version of herself 

 Awarded to Vanessa Irzyk who made fitness & wellness part of their everyday life in & outside Evolve Bootcamp. 

• 3rd Best  Attendance of the Year, Vanessa attended 101 classes out of 123 total classes in 12 months having a  perfect attendance for 4 of those months! 
• Started bootcamp in February 2013 looking for self defense, fitness, toning up and weight loss
• Vanessa has been an award recipient 5 years in a row (winning all the awards)! Almost being Bootcamper of the Year for a 3rd time in 2019!
• This year Vanessa was not only participating in bootcamp for herself she was carrying a little bun in the oven for 8 months of her pregnancy right up until then end of the year in December when she had to stop under doctors orders to play it safe for babe Hazel. If that isn’t impressive example to fitness & wellness, I don’t know what is!

 Awarded to Mary Mangan for their sense of humor and ability to make others laugh in the face of adversity during Evolve Bootcamps hellish workouts!  

• Attended 57 out of 63 classes in 6 months and completed 4 months of perfect attendance!
• Started bootcamp June 3rd 2014 looking to improve fitness, weight loss, confidence, self discipline, & fun
• Mary has an ineffiable joyful attitude! She does things her way…she may be slow and steady but she gets the work done! One might think… Does this qualify for hell raiser??
• Boss lady thinks so, because Mary secretly suggests going for margaritas instead of doing bootcamp and loves her cookies & treats!
• Always has a smile on her face and loves to try new things that others might find out of their comfort zone.  

Awarded to Vanessa Irzyk who has made fitness & wellness part of her everyday life in & outside Evolve Bootcamp.

• Improving her attendance from last year, Vanessa attended 122 classes in 12 months having a perfect attendance for 4 of those months! Her all time record!!
• Has been the recipient of the Super Star, Bootcamper of the Year & Hell raiser Awards coming full circle with the Get Hooked on Fitness and Wellness Award!

Awarded to Casey Skoglund who attended the 3rd most Evolve Bootcamp classes throughout the entire year.

• 3rd Best Attendance of the Year, completing 2 months of perfect attendance
• Attended 119 classes in 12 months.
• This pint size dynamo remains dedicated to her craft and will no doubt be dancing with the stars!

Awarded to Susan Kraft for her ability to endure & crush Evolve Bootcamps hellish, fun, filled workouts year round!

• 4th Best Attendance of the Year
• Attended 93 classes in 12 months.
• Always has a smile on  her face even during the most hellish workouts claiming "NO, I really like it!"
